LuBaazi Privacy Policy
LuBaazi is an iPhone app for keeping score in the card game Call Break, published by Solam Jung Rana (“we”). This policy covers the LuBaazi app, this website (lubaazi.simsolam.com) and email support.
Summary
- The LuBaazi app does not collect any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
- This website has no cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, its hosting provider processes standard request data to deliver pages and keep them secure.
- If you email us, we receive your message and email address and use them only to reply.
What the app stores and where
LuBaazi saves the following only on your device, so your games are there when you return:
- player names you type in;
- each game's calls, tricks, round results and status (in progress, completed, ended early or cancelled);
- dates and times when games and rounds were started, saved, ended or cancelled;
- your app settings (scoring system and appearance) and the last player names you used.
This information is not sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you.
What the app does not do
- No account or sign-in.
- No internet connection: the app does not send or receive data over the network.
- No cloud sync: we don't operate any server or cloud service that stores your games.
- No advertising, analytics or tracking, and no third-party software development kits.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone or other personal information, and no permission requests.
- No in-app purchases and no money handling. LuBaazi only keeps score for games played in person with a physical deck; it is not a gambling or online card-playing service.
Backups and deleting your data
- Deleting your data: deleting LuBaazi from your iPhone deletes all of its saved games and settings.
- Apple device backups: LuBaazi has no sync or backup service of its own. If iCloud Backup is turned on in your iPhone's settings, or you back up your iPhone to a computer, Apple's backup may include LuBaazi's on-device data, as it does for other apps. These backups are controlled by you and Apple under Apple's terms; we can't access them.
Information Apple may provide to us
If you choose to share diagnostics or crash reports with app developers in your iPhone's settings, or you send feedback through TestFlight, Apple may share that information with us in aggregated or anonymized form. We use it only to fix problems. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
This website
This website has no cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, forms or third-party content, and we don't use it to build profiles of visitors. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver pages and to keep the service secure, for example in short-term server logs. This applies to the website only, not to the LuBaazi app.
Email support
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (for example, your iPhone model or a round's calls and tricks). We use it only to answer you and to fix problems, and we don't share it or use it for marketing. Your email provider and ours handle these messages under their own privacy terms.
Children
The LuBaazi app is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version changes how LuBaazi handles information (for example, by adding optional cloud backup), we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date before that version is released.
